Returns
- Returns / Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and if you're exchanging for a new item, the cost of shipping the new item
- A refund will occur once the item has been returned to our warehouse
- You can request a return / exchange via our contact page. Please make sure include your order number.
Shipping
We typically ship out orders in 3-5 business days unless your order includes a pre-order item. The transit time quoted during checkout is the time it typically takes to deliver once the order has been shipped.
During checkout you have the option to add "Shipping Protection" to your order for a small fee. If you're choosing media mail, we HIGHLY recommend you choose this option. We do not cover damaged, lost or stolen items during the shipping process. Some shipping services like USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority and FedEx include up to $100 in coverage but you would have to submit a claim through them. To avoid this, add "Shipping Protection" to your order and the claim can be filed directly with us.
